Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by SSSLLC to explain how Wallet Pilot handles your information. It describes current practices in the app and is not a legal certification or a substitute for legal advice for your jurisdiction.
1. Who we are
Wallet Pilot is operated by SSSLLC. For any privacy question, deletion request, or concern, contact us at servesourcestaffing@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
- Account info: your email, display name, and authentication identifiers from your sign-in provider.
- Profile preferences: currency, eligibility selections for discount programs, and similar settings you enter.
- Subscription & bill data: structured records (merchant, amount, cadence, next renewal) that you add manually or that our AI extracts from billing emails.
- Chat history: messages you send to the AI advisor and its responses, so you can revisit threads.
- Scan metadata: timestamps, counts, and provider message IDs needed to avoid re-scanning the same email.
3. How email scanning works
When you connect Gmail or Outlook, you grant read-only access via the provider's official OAuth flow. Wallet Pilot searches only for billing-related messages, extracts structured subscription details, and stores those structured fields. We do not store the full contents of your emails, and we do not send, delete, or modify any messages. You can disconnect access at any time from your email provider's security settings.
4. How we use your data
- To detect subscriptions, trials, and recurring charges and surface them in your dashboard.
- To generate personalized financial insights, reminders, cancellation guides, and discount suggestions.
- To operate and improve the service (debugging, abuse prevention, basic analytics).
- To respond to your requests and support inquiries.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your data to train third-party advertising models.
5. Service providers
Wallet Pilot relies on a small number of trusted infrastructure providers to operate, including our hosting and database provider, our AI model provider for generating insights and chat responses, and the email providers (Google and Microsoft) that you choose to connect. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security commitments.
6. Security
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored in an access-controlled database with row-level security so that each user can access only their own records. We follow industry best practices, but no online service can guarantee perfect security.
7. Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account or your data, we remove your records from our active systems promptly. Routine backups may retain copies for a short period before being overwritten.
8. Your choices
- Access and update your profile and preferences from Settings.
- Export or delete individual subscriptions, bills, and chat threads from within the app.
- Disconnect Gmail/Outlook access from your email provider's account security page at any time.
- Delete your entire account and associated data — see below.
9. Account deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data yourself, at any time, from Settings → Data & privacy → Delete all my data inside the app. This permanently removes your profile, subscriptions, bills, budget categories, chat threads, messages, scan history, and discount records from our active systems. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
If you can't sign in or need help, email servesourcestaffing@gmail.com from the address tied to your account and we'll process the deletion for you.
10. Children
Wallet Pilot is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email.
